Background

From 2006-2008, Santa Clara surveyed residents about the City's direction, City pride, government ethics and public trust, among many other questions.

We're interested in how, if at all, opinions have changed about direction, pride, ethics, and public trust.  Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions.  Your answers are anonymous.  That means your answers will be separated from any identifying information and pooled with other answers.
