What Do You Think About Santa Clara Today?

From 2006-2008, Santa Clara surveyed residents about public trust, city ethics, and quality of life. We're interested in how, if at all, opinions have changed. Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions. The "A" questions (1A, 2A, 3A, etc.) are required. The "B" questions (1B, 2B, etc.) are optional. Your answers will be separated from any identifying information and pooled with other answers.

What to expect:

Questions 1B-4B are optional (space to explain your answers)
Your responses are anonymous and will be pooled with others
Submit one survey per PEN name

Who can participate: People who live or work in the City of Santa Clara who have signed up for the Public Trust newsletter or Public Trust Community.
